When you stop, really stop, you hear your body.
You hear your heart cry out, "It's ok, my darling. I'm here. I love you."
You feel every ache and pain and know that this is your body talking to you. These aches start off as whispers; what are they trying to tell you? Then they start to scream. Something has been suppressed for so long, that now is the time to sit with yourself. Stillness. Peace. Quiet. What does she say to you?
Love, you are safe. You are held.
Be who you need to be to release what you're holding on to. The emotions and trauma you carry are a weight that is causing you pain and suffering.
