Another early morning start in London, with lots more learning and exciting new treatments on the horizon for the clinic ✨

Today I spent the day at the Royal Society of Medicine, learning more about chemical peels and how to create that beautiful Spanish glow. Dr Philippe Deprez delivered an in-depth educational talk with live demonstrations, sharing insight into technique, skin safety and medically-led results.

Always investing in education to make sure what we offer in clinic is safe, effective and truly worth it 🤍

An early 7am start for a really informative day!

Today I attended the Future Patient Conference in London, attending so many amazing talks focused on understanding the future patient and how we can support people to live better with prevention, not cure, at the centre of a progressive mindset in health and wellness!

I’ve learned so much today about gut health, genetics, the immune system, nutrition, and why the right supplementation truly matters.

I believe it’s so important to keep learning to better support my patients in clinic!
