Corporate Massage – What better way to help ease work pressures and stress than on-site, seated upper body massage. This service is sure to reward your employees, boost office morale, increase productivity and help absenteeism from ailments such as repetitive strain injury, depression and backache. Treatment is carried out with client fully clothed with no oils or creams, so they should leave the treatment relaxed and soothed but ready to work again. Treatments may be tailored from between 10 to 30 minutes but I would recommend an optimum time of 15 minutes which will ensure the back, shoulders, neck, arms and hands have been thoroughly worked on using massage and acupressure techniques to truly leave all employees feeling refreshed and revitalised. • Many therapists are happy to engage in light conversation if the client initiates it.
• That said, most therapists will follow your lead—if you’re quiet, they’ll likely stay quiet.

• Because sessions are shorter (10–20 minutes), most people keep conversation minimal.
• It’s polite to avoid long stories so you can maximize the relaxation and let others waiting stay on schedule.
