I’ve been neglecting myself over the past few weeks, been busy enough to forget to take my favourite aloe drink, Forever Freedom, each morning. The result is that my hips and lower back are complaining when I want to use them to walk my Annie 🤦🏻‍♀️
So I’m back on it in earnest!! I’ll be up and running (metaphorically speaking!!) in a day or 2 ❤️❤️

It’s always good to ask questions rather than assume the worst. There’s so much bad going on in our world, the good gets over looked and branded….. don’t be afraid to ask questions, you never know what you will find 😊

My brother suffers badly from osteoarthritis, since drinking our Forever Freedom he has found that his joints are eased and his mobility is tonnes better.
