- The garden has been a bit neglected lately so it was all hands on deck to get it sorted and looking presentable again.

There have been some ideas suggested as the lads have decided they don’t like the stoney area anymore so this is going to be turned into something else 👀 🌷

MD and JSC completing their surveys for the NCG people support feedback surveys.
For some of the guys scoring 1-4 stars didn’t quite work for them, however when we used “Bigger star, big star, small and tiny stars” we found the winning formula!!
JSC decided he wanted the managers help to complete his one ⭐️
