That’s amazing progress ✅ because it shows his blood sugar control has improved so much that he’s moved closer to normal and is no longer in the higher-risk diabetic category.

The dead hang is one of the most underrated exercises for building grip strength, shoulder mobility, and even helping with spinal decompression. Whether you’re lifting, training for pull-ups, or dealing with shoulder tightness — this move should be in your routine.
