🎨🐦A lovely creative afternoon here at Invicta Court 🎨🐦

Resident Bud spent some time today painting bird boxes alongside our wonderful gardener, Paul. There was plenty of concentration, creativity, and a few splashes of colour along the way!

We can’t wait to see these brighten up the garden and welcome some new feathered visitors soon 🏡💛

🇬🇧 An Incredible Opportunity! 🇬🇧

Our Customer Relations Manager, Jaime, had the absolute privilege of visiting the Royal Hospital Chelsea yesterday alongside colleague Amelia from Weald Heights Care Home. This fantastic opportunity came as a result of their veteran outreach work they are both so passionate about as Armed Forces Service Champions and the Veteran Friendly Framework (VFF).

They were given a wonderful guided tour by Chelsea Pensioner, Gerry Corns, who brought the history of the Royal Hospital to life with his stories and personal insight — a truly unforgettable experience.

The day didn’t stop there! Tony Finch Maj (Retd) MIoL also arranged a very special visit to the Royal Horse Guards, where they were treated to an exclusive tour inside. Learning about the history and even stepping into the Duke of Wellington’s former chamber was a real highlight.

They are both incredibly proud to be part of such meaningful work supporting our veteran community and strengthening these important connections.

Jaime and Amelia would like to say a huge thank you to Tony Finch Maj (Retd) MIoL, Jonny Lowe (Head of Veteran Outreach at the Royal Hospital Chelsea) and especially Gerry Corns for making the day so memorable.
