Why do experiences of unfairness stay stuck in our minds, and how can we protect our wellbeing while still honouring our values?

This resource dives into how injustice sensitivity can be both a strength and a challenge for autistic people. When something feels deeply unfair, it’s natural for thoughts to loop and intensify, but constant rumination can quietly take a toll on wellbeing.

In this piece we explore:
- What injustice sensitivity actually means
- Why it can lead to rumination
- Practical ways to live in line with your values without burning out

A great read for anyone who wants to better understand neurodivergent emotional experience.
