This weeks reading is from Oracle of the 7 Energies by Colette Baron-Reid…

This week we are being reminded to practice forgiveness and to stop telling the stories of things that have hurt us in the past. All the while we continue to tell our stories of hurt and wrong doings done to us we continue to carry that energy and pain with us and it becomes a burden to carry. It’s now time to stop reciting the same narrative and to let it go.

Letting go and forgiving does not mean that we minimise our experiences or what we went through, but it does mean that we do not become defined by them, build resentment or stay stuck in our journey because of them. To forgive is to release the hurt and be able to move forward again.

If we do not forgive and move on, the wounds will remain open and may continue to bleed, it’s time to sew them up and let them heal without continually picking at them.

Forgiveness is act of self love; surrender whatever has happened up to the universe and let god/spirit/karma deal with it for you. By forgiving you are releasing yourself from the burdens and ties keeping you stuck and the retelling of old stories.

Now is to a time to let go of drama, hurt, wrong doings of any form and to liberate yourself by practicing radical forgiveness. We cannot move forward all the while we are holding onto the heavy energies of the past, it’s time to let go.

It is not a case of forgive and forget, but it is definitely time to forgive and gain your freedom again 💚✨💖

This week is all about love and our heart space. This week we are being reminded to practice compassion, be it towards ourselves or others. If you are feeling overwhelmed, ungrounded, ‘off balance’, then take a moment to place your hands over your heart and take a few deep, mindful breaths breathing right down into your heart space. Feel it expanding beneath your hands before contracting again as you release your worries. Do this for a couple of minutes to really centre yourself and connect back to yourself. How does this feel? Notice the space and awareness it allows you 🙏

This week we are being asked to be compassionate towards ourselves and to then extend this out to others. You do not need to be perfect, you are a perfectly imperfect human living a human experience; as are those around you. Release the high expectations you place on yourself and others and look at the pureness of your heart and those around you. See not faces and impatience sighs, but the love that lies within.

It is a week of connections with those we care most about, embracing them and holding space for them 💕

This week do something kind for another and for yourself. It is not selfish to take care of yourself first, to show compassion and kindness to yourself; in fact it is entirely necessary so that you can then reflect this love and empathy back to those around you.

Kindness costs nothing but maybe a mindset shift, make that shift and watch the magic reflect back to you 💖💕✨
