We’re very sorry, but we have had to temporarily suspend our triage system today.
Since the end of last week we have been without our usual clinical systems due to an unresolved IT/network problem. Despite repeated attempts to get this fixed via the ICB IT team, our systems have still not been reinstated. Continuing to run full triage without safe access to records and prescribing systems poses an unacceptable patient safety risk, so we have had to pause triage for now.

If you have a medical emergency, please call 999 or attend A&E. For urgent advice please contact NHS 111. We will restore our normal triage service as soon as it is safe to do so.

We continue to have IT issues which we are working hard to resolve. We have limited access to clinical systems and things are running slower than usual. We are able to process triage requests but please bear with us.
