🤧 Cold & Flu Season is among us! 🤧

At Eclectic Care , the health and wellbeing of both our carers and clients are our top priority. 💙🧡

👉 Why it matters:

Carers play a vital role in keeping those they support safe, so staying healthy means our clients stay protected too.

Simple steps like getting the flu jab, staying warm, drinking plenty of fluids, and practicing good hygiene can make a big difference.

💉 We’re encouraging all our carers to get their flu vaccination — it not only protects you, but also helps safeguard the vulnerable people we care for every day.

✨ Together, we can beat the bugs this season and keep everyone happy, healthy, and well cared for.

Stay safe, stay warm, and look after each other. 💙🧡

Winter Readiness - Happy October everyone!

As we enter the winter months we reflect on the importance of vaccinations.

Respiratory illness, such as Flu are one of the main reasons for hospitalisations from the care sector during winter.

▪ Vaccinations can prevent or reduce the severity of respiratory illnesses.
▪ Vaccinations can reduce staff absence and protect service delivery and business continuity.
▪ Vaccinations can help protect carers and the people
they care for against severe illness.

The NHS are providing free Flu vaccination for all frontline healthcare workers at their local pharmacy.

To book one today please follow the link details:

As April comes to a close and with it marks the arrival of spring. We cannot help but to feel the sense of renewal and hope as the flowers bloom and the days grow longer. We are reminded of the endless possibilities that lie ahead and the vast memories & experiences we are yet to create with our loved ones.

Just as nature awakens into its new season, so too must we awaken to the importance of nurturing personal and social relationships. Caring for a loved one with dementia or other health conditions can be both rewarding and challenging. As caregivers, it’s crucial we prioritise not only their physical wellbeing but also their social and emotional needs.

In this short video, we briefly share practical advice and tips for caregivers on how to provide such support.
