Today marks the end of Ramadan… and the last month has been for me a source of reflection on the holy month but also fasting in general.

Fasting has been a wild and great topic amongst family, friends and clients recently.

Its is quite clear we do not need 3 meals a day, and the overeating is killing many, clogging up the machine and prevents the body natural ability to heal.
There’s a lot of research out there, all positive, whether you stick to 16/8, or go hell for leather and do 4 days straight.

Whichever way you approach it, it’s a good thing to do once in a while!
