Located in a quiet residential area of Kent, Maidstone Care Centre is a purpose-built home offering high-quality care in a warm, welcoming environment. Set across three light-filled floors, our home features spacious en-suite bedrooms, open-plan lounges and dining areas, a Namaste Therapy room, hair salon, quiet lounge, and beautifully landscaped gardens with accessible decking and light gardening opportunities. Our experienced in-house chefs prepare balanced, seasonal meals tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences. Dining areas are thoughtfully designed with clear menus, and residents can also enjoy snacks, room service, and hot-trolley service throughout the day. At Maidstone Care Centre, we believe life should be fulfilling and enjoyable. Our daily lifestyle programme includes chair-based exercises, baking, movie nights, knit-and-natter, pub quizzes, and more. We also host regular events with entertainers, therapy animals, and visits from local schools and community groups. Hey Maidstone Care Centre Family we had a lovely time in the sunshine at our summer BBQ. With games to play and live entertainment on the day we sure did have a wonderful time. Hey Maidstone care centre family we had a lovely time at our sports day event last Friday. We started off the day with armchair exercises with John Boyd where our lovely residents exercised arm and leg muscles whilst playing fitness games. In the afternoon we kicked off our sports day with basketball games, hook a duck, darts, beanbag toss and more. Residents enjoyed winning prizes, laughing with friends and listening to a selection of party music! A selection of BBQ treats was served for our lunch we sure did have a great time!

We’re so excited to share with you that we are launching our very own Dementia Café and the first event will be on....
📅 Thursday 21st August
🕑 2:00PM – 4:00PM
📍 Maidstone Care Centre, 259 Boxley Road, ME14 2AR

Our Dementia Café's will be held every third Thursday of the month and provide a welcoming space for families, carers, and anyone affected by dementia to come together, connect, and feel supported.

Our first special guest speaker will be, Diana Moraru-Manole, RCH Care Homes’ Operations Director, who will lead an open and insightful discussion on ‘Understanding Dementia’.

Whether you’re seeking advice, want to chat with others on a similar journey, or just fancy a cuppa with some home made cakes shared with some friendly faces—you’re always welcome 💙
