Happy new year to you all.. We hope you had a lovely end to your 2024 and 2025 is filled with lots of love and laughter.. 💕..

Here’s a little snapshot of my last and first couple of days of 2024/2025..

I felt like 2024 had been a hard year for me personally, I found myself caring for everyone else ( as I also work in different care settings supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues) and in the process I lost myself..
So with this in mind, I chose to spend my last day giggling with my sons and having a crazy random afternoon and evening of fun together..
We welcomed in the new year together singing and dancing in our front room, which was THE best medicine 💕

2025 started with a long lay in, a beautiful dog walk in the vineyards, it may have been raining and so so windy, but I always feel that this is natures way of cleansing us, so i just embraced every moment..

Today the sun was shining, so after my new crystals spent time being out in the rain yesterday, today they are charging up in the sun, ready to be popped in my clothes.. 💕

These are all small steps, but the little steps help you to climb a bigger mountain..

Such a great start to a Monday today, back being with these inspirational ladies at our networking meeting.. I’ve been totally buzzing for the rest of the day.. what an amazing start to the week ❤️

Really looking forward to our next one in July already..

I’m so happy to announce that I will now be adding facials to my list of beauty and well-being treatments..

I will be using products that are just divine and leave your skin looking hydrated and energised..

I’m just popping this here to remind myself when life gets a bit crazy of how grounded and relaxed I felt sitting on the beach listening to the waves, and for anyone else who needs to take a minute to hear the waves crashing against the shore..

Just recently I’ve had a great pull to go back to the beach and just sit down and ground myself and de stress.. there’s nothing better than just reconnecting with nature and completely zoning out for an hour.. It was perfect.. Who knew when I booked to come here months ago it would actually be perfect timing..
Thank you Mother Nature for your beauty 🌊🏖💛

I’m loving doing late afternoon and evening Reiki sessions in my cabin.. and hearing that my clients are now having a better nights sleep because of it..

It’s been a busy few days, being on shift and then having an amazing time in my cabin seeing my Reiki clients..

I love introducing a new client who’s a little skeptical of Reiki, and then waiting for their reaction after their session.
Today’s ‘wow’ and their feedback was just incredible❤️
