Are you an experienced Senior Carer who’s passionate about delivering outstanding care?
Do you have at least 5 years’ experience and a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care?

About the role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team. You’ll lead shifts, support and mentor care staff, and ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centred care every single day.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Minimum 5 years’ experience in a care setting
✔️ NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
✔️ Confident leading shifts and supporting staff
✔️ Great communication and organisational skills
