Due to the recent meningitis outbreak in the Canterbury area, we are receiving a high number of calls from patients requesting vaccination histories.
If you need a copy of your own or your child’s vaccination record, please use one of the following options:
• Refer to your child’s Red Book
• View your vaccination history on the NHS App
• Or submit an admin query via Anima, and our team will process this for you
Please use these methods instead of calling the practice, as this will help us manage the increased demand and support patients who need urgent medical care.
