It’s wild how much quieter life becomes when the body stops running on borrowed energy.
I didn’t lose energy — I found a presence I’d never known before. Wow.

🌞✨ THE BRAZILIAN VIBES WAY TO DECAF ✨🌞
(a.k.a. the sassiest, smartest morning ritual on Earth, Yay)

🌱 Three weeks ago, I started reducing my coffee — from 3 full Nespresso espressos ☕☕☕ to half pods, then mixes… and finally…

👉🏽 Today, 26 October 2025 — my first full day caffeine-free! 💃🏽💛

I was sure I’d crash. But instead, I felt calm, light, even joyful.
I realised caffeine had been amplifying my emotions — especially the waves of memory and stress after my recent breakup.
Without it, everything feels quieter, more stable… more real. ✨

So here’s my new sacred-scientific ritual, created with my sass-scientific bestie Dr SVS 💅🏽🧠, blending neuroscience and Brazilian spice 🌺👇🏽

💫 1️⃣ The Re-Wiring Moment
🌞 Fact: Cortisol — your natural wake-up hormone — peaks about 30–45 min after waking.
Adding caffeine too early overstimulates your adrenals and creates fake energy.

Alright babes, listen up 👀✨ Deadlifts aren’t scary gym torture devices — they’re your golden ticket to a peachy bum, a strong back, and feeling like an absolute QUEEN. We’re gonna smash it, British style — no faff, just vibes 💃💪. So grab ya water bottle, whack on a bit of Stormzy or Adele, and let’s goooo. 🎶

Step 1: The Set-Up 🏋️‍♀️
Feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward like you’re queuing at Tesco. Barbell just above your laces — not chilling halfway across the gym. Grip it like you’re holding onto the last glass of prosecco on a Friday night 🍾.

Step 2: The Stance 🐆
Bum back like you’re dodging a dodgy loo seat at the pub. Chest proud, shoulders back, like you’re saying: ‘Not today, Karen.’ Spine straight — no Quasimodo vibes here, babes.

Step 3: The Lift 🚀
Push through your heels (not your toes, we’re not ballerinas 🩰). Drive up, keep that bar close to your shins (yes, you might get a little bruise, wear it with pride 💅). Stand tall at the top like you’re Queen Lizzie herself 👑 — hips through, no leaning back.

Step 4: The Return 🔄
Don’t just drop it like it’s hot — control the way down. Bum goes back, knees soft, bar slides down nice and close. Reset and get ready to go again. Proper tidy, innit?
