The Pilates principles are key in so many sports. Adding Pilates exercises to supplement you specific training can be truly beneficial. I have taken the Pilates for running APPI course and it was excellent. Love sharing the knowledge.

Running is increasingly becoming more popular. We’ve all seen runners pounding the street all year round, whatever the weather, throughout the day and night, especially during lockdown where running was by and large the only activity people were allowed to do.
There are so many physical and mental health benefits associated with running, so it is really great to see the sport develop and grow. We’ve also seen further expansion of the running community through increased entries into events such as Park Runs, 10km runs, half marathon events, marathons and even those crazy enough to enter ultra-marathons. The growth in popularity has led to a growth in competition, and with increased competition comes an increased drive for runners to improve their performance.
