Another successful Remembrance Sunday parade, remembering the many that sacrificed their lives for our future. It's also nice to see the pride shown by the currently serving and veterans marching beside one another; pressed uniforms, chins held high and shoulders back. Makes us proud to be British!

Royal Navy divers and submariners have received the prestigious Churchill Medal Award after carrying out crucial repairs on a submarine. 👏

Due to where the repairs were, they had no natural ventilation or lighting and had a maximum headroom of just one metre. 👀

Good news for our emergency workers 🚑🚒🚓

From 1st Nov to 31st Dec, Asda is offering free tea or coffee to on-duty uniformed responders in over 330 stores ☕️

To claim the free drink whilst on shift, emergency responders just help themselves to a hot drink from either the instore café or self-serve machine and take it to the till where an Asda colleague will process it free of charge 💙
