Unfortunately, we are experiencing a technical issue with our telephone lines. Calls are coming through and we can answer, but we cannot hear you on the phone.
Please accept our apologies for this. We have a technical team on hand to try and resolve this as quick as possible.
In the meantime, you should still be able to check and cancel your appointment over the phone using our automated system. You can also order your repeat prescription on your NHS App and you can use our online consultation form to submit your requests. Many minor ailments can also be seen by your local pharmacists.
