After the sad news that Mental Health Mates the central organisation is closing. Our walks will continue for 2026 which means the next one is tomorrow! 11.30am.

Spring is in the air! it’s nearly time for our next walk and everyone is welcome 🧡 🌷

you don’t need to register or let me know in advance, just come along and say hello.

We take a gentle walk around Mote Park, stopping when needed, very relaxed and just providing some company and a chance to enjoy our beautiful park 🌳

Come as you are, no pressure and a safe space for everyone!

This year are turning 10 and we’re raising some money for them! Why? Well clearly we LOVE all that mental health mates do and what they have given us in helping us set up a walk in Maidstone.

It’s important to us to give back and make sure they keep supporting all the walks across the UK. We’re thinking about what we can do to fundraise but let’s start with good old fashioned can you just donate…thank you in advance and keep your eyes open for activities to help raise funds. 🧡🧡

Our next walk is on Sunday - fingers crossed for a dry morning BUT rain or shine we’ll be there. If you fancy a no pressure walk in the park then meet by the bike sheds near the cafe at 11.30am.
