Healthy boundaries outline what constitutes acceptable behavior in our relationships—behavior that ensures the safety of both parties. And establishing sound boundaries is essential for both good relationships and self-care.
Self-awareness is necessary in order to set healthy boundaries. We need to be clear about what we expect from ourselves and others, as well as what we are and are not willing to put up with in particular circumstances. Clear and assertive communication skills are necessary for establishing healthy boundaries.

Even if you've worked so hard to communicate your boundaries, occasionally someone will still cross them. You are free to stop communicating with that person in such situation. In the end, anyone who disregards your boundaries disrespects you.

Are you somone who struggles to say no, this could be due to low self-confidence and negative thinking.

Hypnosis is a great tool to help shift thinking to be more positive. This combined with the solution-focused work can really help you to replace negative, anxious thoughts with more positive and proactive thoughts.
Helping you to be more assertive and clearly communicate your boundaries in a confident way.

Hypnotherapy provides a secure environment where we can explore our highest aspirations for the future and acknowledge the tools at our disposal to make those aspirations a reality.

🟩GROUNDING 🟩

One act of self care I love to do is going barefoot 👣
I find Instant gratification when feeling my bare feet on the ground, more so, when it is grass beneath my feet.
I feel grounded and feel the stress levels coming down and my body feeling more loose and not so much tension. I feel connected and more balanced within.
What acts of self-care do you do to to help manage your stress levels ?
Some everyday stress is common (and can even be helpful if it stimulates and motivates you) persistent, debilitating stress can harm your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Being aware of the warning signs and
symptoms of excessive stress can help
you deal with problems before they have a
negative impact on your health.

“Life experience is like a rainbow. It has all the colors -some we love, some we don't love as much. But seen altogether it's beautiful. Just as some experiences we love and some we don't love so much. But, seen altogether, life is beautiful.” — Gillian Duce

Happy Easter 🐣 🐰🥚🌷🤗

"The Easter eggs symbolizes our ability to break out of the hardened, protective shell we've surrounded ourselves with that limits our thoughts and beliefs. As we break open our hearts and minds we discover a transformation to new, life enhancing thoughts and beliefs."

Having positive interactions with people have a positive affect to our mood.
Especially, the positive interactions with people who make you feel loved and cared for. This boosts your mental health.
When we are doing the 3 P's we can help, keep the flow of serotonin.
The 3 P's are;
🧠 Positive Interactions
🧠 Positive Thoughts
🧠 Positive Actions
Serotonin's effects on the brain could be considered its starring role in the body. As it helps regulate mood, serotonin is often called the body's natural "feel-good" chemical. Serotonin's influence on mood makes it one of several brain chemicals that are integral to our overall well-being.
“We human beings are social beings. We come into the world as the result of others’ actions. We survive here in dependence on others. Whether we like it or not, there is hardly a moment of our lives when we do not benefit from others’ activities. For this reason, it is hardly surprising that most of our happiness arises in the context of our relationships with others.” - Dalai Lama XIV

My Instant mood lifter. Sunshine, gorgeous views, Oh, and coffee 😜

What do you do for you, that boosts your serotonin?

Serotonin is associated with boosting a person’s mood and helping a person feel calm, focused and less anxious.

Our mental and emotional wellbeing are everything. It has a huge influence on our overall happiness.

Do something every day that drops a little bit of happiness in your day.

These might be things, such as;

🟡 cranking up the tunes

🟡 writing it down

🟡 get outside

🟡 power shower or bubble bath

🟡 learn something new

🟡 text a friend

🟡 make plans

🟡 read something

🟡 treat someone/treat yourself

🟡 smile

🟡 snuggles with our pets or a loved one

If something makes you feel good and happy inside, then do that and keep doing it 🙌
