I work full-time as a senior HR Practitioner which means that I have spent more than 20 years in the corporate world helping people to work successfully in corporate environments. My passions are supporting your personal growth as well as helping you to find relaxation and focus in what can at times be a challenging world. I am a qualified mindfulness meditation/relaxation coach and I also work as a Reiki Healer. My purpose is to support you in your personal development or if you prefer, to assist you in finding relaxation and rest and regain focus in an ever changing world.
