Ive just been out in the garden at 6am and breathed in the fronds of our beautiful rosemary bush which is so uplifting.
I thought it would be interesting to read up on the benefits of this lovely plant, of which there are many!
We have a huge, healthy rosemary bush at the entrance to our home, simply by chance but now I will appreciate it even more.

A Big Welcome to My page - LiveLoveSparkle

I just want to tell you a little bit about myself and why I have set up this page. Life can be challenging - we all know this and I have learnt a lot through many ups and downs just like you as we travel along this path we call Life! Sometimes we have friends we can turn to and other times we look for help and inspiration elsewhere.

I am hoping that this page will be one of those places where you come for help and inspiration. A safe haven for you, like a warm blanket on a cold night. Where you will always be guaranteed the warmest of welcomes, find some inspirational quotes and coaching ideas, motivational tips and articles that I share to help you find your Sparkle dust again. I am also a big believer in kindfulness and in my opinion there just isn't enough of this in the world, so I like to share articles etc on anything to do with kindness, sprinkling love and positivity around.

My goal is to help you find your way back to what makes you Live, Love and Sparkle! and I want you to find that sunshine on a cloudy day, that silver lining in the dark cloud hopefully within my posts.

Using my 25+ years of people management skills, as well as my life coaching, spiritual and mindfulness meditation training, reiki and law of attraction skills - I will be drawing on these and sharing information to help and encourage you to take positive action toward a more abundant and Sparkling life!

Love Reese Witherspoon and wasnt aware she ran a book club. This is supposed to be a very good book and why I am sharing. 💖
