Happy NY folks!!

As we head into the new year it’s just a polite reminder of my cancellation policy where I ask for a minimum of 24 hours.

Any cancellations under this time or no shows will be charged for sadly.

Yes I do understand life gets in the way and sickness - as I too struggle at times, but in the 2 weeks before Christmas I had a huge influx of late cancellations and no shows, losing me around £700 and putting me in a rather tight spot money wise over the festive period.

So all I ask is you please bear in mind that I am self employed and I’m running a business, so when you cancel late, it means I not only lose the money for that slot, but it’s too short notice to fill it

Well after 14 years and 10 of those working out of Rose Towers, I’ve officially seen my last client (happened to be one of my lovely regulars too) as today we officially EXCHANGED contracts 🙌🙌🙌

Massive THANK YOU to each and every one of my clients who has supported me over the last 10 years. You guys helped me achieve the dream and I am beyond grateful that I get to do what I do each day.

However, do not worry peeps, I’ll not only still be working in Allington a couple of days a week, BUT I will also be setting up a new clinic in MEDWAY too.

🚨 POLITE REMINDER 🚨

These past few weeks I’ve seen an influx of no shows and missed appointments.

I understand life happens as I too have to cancel or rearrange last minute due to sickness and family issues where most often, I try to be as lenient as possible.

However, when you don’t turn up for your appointment as you’ve forgotten, it means I lose money for that session as it’s too late for me to fill the space from people on my waiting list 😞

Sadly still have bills to pay so the impact can be pretty big, so to those clients who do pay when they forget, THANK YOU, it really means the world 🙏

My cancellation policy is quite clear and is sent out with every booking and is also on my page in the pinned section, so please where possible, give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel so I have time to fill your space and it is up to you to remember your appointment, not wait for a reminder from me.

I really do hate these messages but if you are unsure of appointment dates/times please message and I will send a reminder

Due to the extreme heat I will be rescheduling clients tomorrow

Sadly my little room is still like an oven and my fan is currently doing naff all - think trying to cook a steak with a tea light naff all.

So, to save you all sitting in your own sweet and then having your own sweat massaged around, I thought it kinder to move you all!
