We believe in a continuity of care and will keep the amount of carers for each client to a minimum. This will encourage a build up of trust and confidence between the family and carer, which in turn helps to develop a deeper level of understanding. We appreciate that sometimes you may just need a short break, which is why we offer a sitting service for relatives requiring short term care

Congratulations to Zoie who has received a £200 voucher for being our Employee of the Year 2025. Congratulations to Hannah who received a £50 for completing her training in the timeliest manner in 2025, congratulations to Sam and Alison who were close runners up, both receiving their alcohol of choice 🍾. A big thank you to Jessica, our Assessor and Kellie who is a new member of our caring team, they both received a lovely bunch of flowers to show my appreciation of their hard work. A big thank you to all of the GOE Team you are all amazing and do a fantastic job in the community ❤️.

We have plenty of homemade cakes ready for our Macmillan coffee morning this Thursday between 11.30am-1.30pm. This is an extra special one for me this year as today I have been discharged from Oncolgy after being diagnosed with breast cancer 11 years ago. I will be personally matching any monies raised for this fantastic cause. 💚
