I have waited two months to write my review as I wanted to make sure it had definitively worked. I visited Mandy two months ago to quit smoking/va**ng after smoking over twenty ci******es a day for more than thirty years. I have quit many times with ni****ne replacement or va**ng and never managed more than a month. I went to Mandy as I really didn’t want to keep replacing one addiction with another and was really concerned with what va**ng was doing to me.

I left my ci******es in Mandy’s office bin two months ago and haven’t had one since, I haven’t had any cravings, not even when drinking. I have been on holiday and out to pubs and not smoked once. I am finally free of ni****ne, friends and family keep saying well done to me and I have to reply that I haven’t done anything, i haven’t struggled at all, I just got hypnotised.

I am so pleased I stumbled across Mandy’s website and went for it. Thank you so much Mandy, you are a miracle worker 💜

Well... what can I say!

First of all, Mandy is such a lovely and kind person, who is so easy to talk to, and makes you feel so comfortable everytime you see her.

I have just finished my 6th and final session, and I can honestly say that I'm going to miss it. As well as the brilliant hypnotherapy, Mandy likes to have a chat about your week and check in with how you are doing at the start of each session. This was great for me, as being a male, I tend not to talk to anyone about my feelings or where my head is at. So it was nice to get things off my chest each time.

The hypnotherapy left me feeling so, relaxed, fresh, and revitalised each and every time. I suffer from anxiety, performance anxiety and low self confidence... amongst other things, and I can already notice the difference that the therapy has had on my life, and it's really given me the boost I needed to push on with my life in a positive way.

If you're reading this and you are tempted to reach out to Mandy, then I would highly recommend you do so, as it might just change your life, and put years of worries etc behind you.

Lovely five star review 'This is my second time of using Mandy at Bluebird Hypnotherapy and fair to say it's changed my life. Both my visits were medical concerns and whilst too early to say how much my last treatments have worked, going by my previous ones I expect total success. I was near to unable to have blood tests and Mandy's treatments enabled me to calmly have many blood tests and medical procedures, biopsies, IV and canula insertions all without the previous panic attacks that proceeded them usually. Wish I knew about Bluebird Hypnotherapy many years ago to save me years of anguish'

I went to see Mandy around 2 years ago to help me finally quit smoking. I had smoked for years and had tried every method under the sun - patches, cold turkey, ni****ne gum, but nothing seemed to work. I was convinced that I was stuck forever and it was really starting to impact my health.
A friend of mine from work recommended that I see Mandy as it had helped her years previous and she hadn’t smoked since.
The whole experience was incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish - you get a sense from Mandy that she really cares about her clients and gets to the root cause of the issues you are having.
I’m pleased to say that 2 years on I haven’t touched a cigarette since and cannot thank her enough! I would recommend her to anyone, she truly is amazing at what she does.

Mandy was recommended to me by a friend. I wish I hadn’t put it off for as long as I did. I didn’t know what to expect, but Mandy put me at ease and explained everything clearly. I had 6 sessions and looked forward to each session. It became my weekly ‘me time’ and I left feeling relaxed every time. I was delighted to see and feel the sessions working. It’s magic. Mandy gave me the reset that I desperately needed and I am very thankful to her. I would definitely recommend Mandy.

'Going to see Mandy has changed my life completely. She has given me a new outlook on life. I am free of the issues I had and am now in a much better and happier place.
Mandy is non judgemental, very easy to talk to and a lovely person.
Although our sessions are now finished I know she will be there for me if I need her.

My 130th FIVE STAR review, feels amazing!

'I went to Mandy to help me with my weight loss journey. Struggling with PCOS really put a strain on my relationship with food which in turn affected my tries of loosing weight. I cannot thank her enough for how much she has helped me with just 6 sessions. She made me feel comfortable with telling her my past and what triggers my eating. I can now confidently say that I no longer have the urge to emotionally eat or secretly eat and I am actually loosing weight. with the help of working out and calorie counting hypnotherapy was exactly what I needed to make my journey that much easier. It really helped being able to contact her whenever, letting her know what I felt like needed work on in the next session. I am so glad I came across Mandy and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a hypnotherapist.

Mandy has been helping me tackle a lifetime of fussy and selective eating and in only a few sessions I've already pushed way beyond my comfort zone and tried things I've never eaten and hoping things only keep progressing from here on. I went in with a thought that even though it works for others it may not be enough to help me, but I'm happy to say that has not been the case and I would recommend anyone who is considering tackling something or wanting to make a change to get in touch with Mandy, you won't regret it.

Lovely 5 star review yesterday ....
This was the best thing I ever did!!! 1 year 7months of no smoking and I think I can safely say that this works!!!! I went in sceptical, just thinking it would tick a box of all the things I'd tried that didn't work but I must say, Mandy is a true professional- I felt relaxed and safe in her care and would whole heartedly recommend her services. I can now finally say I am a non smoker!!!
