100% I'm so proud of how far I've came with my Slimming World Groups, I'm not saying I get it spot on each week (The Last couple of weeks in groups have been tuff) but I'm doing the best I can to keep going and I always try to do the very best I can for all my members. As long as I'm being true and keeping going I’m giving my best I'm happy 🤩

This one will always be close to my heart.

Back in 2013, I suffered a cardiac arrest.
Against the odds… I’m still here 💪& I don’t take a single day for granted. That experience completely changed my life and lit a fire in me to protect my heart, my health, and my future. It’s the reason I’m so passionate about helping others make positive lifestyle changes not just for weight loss, but for life.

Slimming World didn’t just help me lose weight …
It helped me strengthen my heart, rebuild my confidence, and show myself kindness again.
