We have 9 fixed Poles, 9 Aerial Hoops, 12 Aerial Hammocks (fancy hanging around with us)? We also offer Pre Natal Yoga, Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, Bungee Fitness, online classes and loads more. They take away the cages and label your food as "humane" and "free range." Does this look like either one to you? Don't be fooled by the misleading advertising campaigns/labelling used by the industry. Don't pay for animals to suffer.

If you can’t make your booked class PLEASE let us know - text/ WhatsApp / Facebook message / email
I know that if it’s last minute you won’t get the credit back but it’s January and we wait lists - your place could be released to someone else ….. it works both ways - one day you may want a place in a class that’s fully booked ?!
Plus it’s just polite to let the instructor know so they don’t wait for you or put kit up for you.
