We have 9 fixed Poles, 9 Aerial Hoops, 12 Aerial Hammocks (fancy hanging around with us)? We also offer Pre Natal Yoga, Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, Bungee Fitness, online classes and loads more. We have spaces in our Pole Beginners classes Tuesdays evenings. You can book single classes or a block of 4 consecutive weeks for £55. Membership (by Dd) starts at £55 for 5 classes a month.
We welcome all ages, all body types /sizes and all abilities.
Pole fitness is great for making friends, having fun, getting stronger and more toned. Heavenly Fitness is friendly and has a community feel to it - our studio is private and clean.

They take away the cages and label your food as "humane" and "free range." Does this look like either one to you? Don't be fooled by the misleading advertising campaigns/labelling used by the industry. Don't pay for animals to suffer.
