Time for an introduction for those who dont know me.....
A little about me… ✨
I’m a working mum of two 👩👧👦 juggling life, work, kids, and everything in between. For the longest time, I honestly thought feeling tired all the time was just… normal 😴
But then my clothes started feeling a bit tighter 👖 (you know the feeling 😅), and that was my "okay, something needs to change moment"
I tried all the things — fasting ⏰, cutting carbs 🍞❌, and even exercise 🏃♀️… although if I’m being honest, I didn’t really know what to do or when to do it 🤷♀️
Then I found something that actually worked for me 💚
It fitted easily into my day, didn’t feel restrictive, and within a few weeks I noticed I had much more energy ⚡ my clothes felt less tight 🙌 and I started to feel like a younger version of myself again ✨
And as for the exercise side of things… I’ve now got my very own extra special PT, who makes sure it's right for me and my goals.💪😏
Luckily for me, he’s my husband — so I can’t escape the workouts now 😂
I felt so good that I wanted to help others feel the same — which is why I became a Wellness & Nutrition Coach 🌿
Now my passion is helping other busy people (especially mums) find their spark again and realise they don’t have to accept feeling exhausted as “just everyday life.”
