Good morning everyone.

What a wonderful start to this year you can create.

Maybe you could put on the note. The walk you took each day, the run or exercise which you took. Each day knowing you are creating the momentum everyday to succeed. Your logging the great things you do everyday.

Maybe you receive 20 pounds extra it’s a gift and you want more of them. Put it in a note for the jar. Be grateful for the gift 🎁.

If you’ve worked hard praise yourself write the note.

It’s all worth it because you are. Your worth it everyday you matter.

Just change a small thing in your life, do it differently everyday.

At the end of 2026 it would be great to read out all the good things that happened for you or that you created.

What a great end to 2026 it would be.
