After a couple of days of being really sick and still recovering.
You realise how much stress we can put on our bodies and our minds day to day.
The current energy on the planet with wars, stress, death and illness is part of our everyday.
Sometimes we just have to take time for ourselves. To appreciate to breathe to be able to walk outside. To be present within ourselves. To witness how we are feeling.
Sometimes we are putting off stuff that needs priority and scrolling through social media and tv instead.
I am just appreciating what I am feeling and going with it. If it feels right however scary itโs time to feel the fear and breathe into it. Plus do it anyway. Sometimes the inner push is just too loud to put off.
Tapping, affirmations, breathing, and being in nature can bring you back from overwhelm.
So can true friends be in contact with them and let them listen.
If youโre struggling reach out to friends or to a professional. Sometimes we need to be heard.
I watched Tom and Jerry cartoons last night just to laugh like a child and I did. Itโs still classic and stupid but pure laughter is good. ๐
I am starting to regain balance and thatโs ok. Over the next few days balance is restored.

I love and approve of myself exactly as I am.
I breathe easily everything is just working out for me.
I am loveable.
I trust in the intuition guiding me.
I move forward with my inner truth.
