All the sunshine yesterday on our Spring day retreat  ..... my heart is brimming with love and gratitude for our group as we finally gathered for a day of just being together with nature and her sounds..... we practiced outdoors in the woodland and sipped tea on the deck overlooking the fields, meditated under the warmth of the sun. Thank you so much to everyone for sharing this day with me. Love to  for sharing the ceremony of tea and the art of slowing down and  for the beautiful words of meditation immersing us in the beauty of spring in all her essence. The new tipi at Samsara is a delight!!! 😍thank you for hosting us!!!!

Have you stepped into the magical kitchen at Samsara . It is exactly that , it’s magical ..... it’s enchanting , colourful , practical , and because the room fills you with Love - everything you make tastes Stupendous..... it’s all part of the magic 🌱
Today we fancy a cooking day , lets see what culinary delights will morph together .
I’m feeling the need for a wholesome veggie soup ...... and maybe a vegan dessert ...
yep , that’s my day sorted .
Have the best Saturday , be your BEST self , do everything you do with LOVE ..... and if we fail ( not that we fail at anything - it’s all part of the journey 😉 at that we can always just pick ourselves up and try again . Every day is a lesson .... every day we become more wise . Aren’t we lucky💜
