Southcote as a Chiropractic Clinic has been in its present location - a large Edwardian house - since 1996; but we have functioned as a clinic in Maidstone since 1991. The ethos of Southcote has always been to be a friendly caring environment providing the setting for excellence and expertise within well-established but pro-active branches of healthcare. We want to make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the reception, where the administrative team will greet you, through to consulting any and all members of our professional team. As you will see through this site, the professional team consists of representatives of the best from a number of health care professions, each of which will have a page describing their services in more detail. We all work well together in treating and rehabilitating a wide range of muscle and joint problems as well as other associated conditions. In these tasks we often take advantage of each other's special interests and areas of expertise and therefore refer and consult between us when it can benefit any patient of the clinic. The clinic deals with acute as well as chronic conditions and prides itself on progressing the management through to cover maintenance and preventative care. Everyone in the team is committed to continued professional development and this ensures the knowledge base in the clinic is kept current with new developments and that you get the best possible care. CHAPTER 12...December...anyone else wondering how we got here already?  As 2025 comes to an end, ask yourself, what have you done this year to look after your health and wellbeing?  

I have a confession to make...I haven't had a reflexology treatment myself this year.  Which is the longest I've gone without it in 23 years!  And this past year has definitely been a time when I needed it the most, but for one reason or another I haven't made it, or myself, a priority. What a hypocrite!

So today, I've booked myself a treatment and urge you to do so as well.  I still have some availability in December but will be taking a well deserved break from 19th until the new year so please get in touch if you'd like to book in or use my online booking system.  Link in bio
