Why hands-on implant training matters…..

At The Implant Experts, we believe confidence in implant dentistry comes from gaining practical skills , not just learning. Hands-on workshops using models and intraoral scanners allow dentists to practise restoring simple dental implants in a safe, pressure-free environment.

Working directly with digital systems helps clinicians understand the full restorative workflow, build confidence with new technology, and refine their skills before taking them chairside. As implant dentistry becomes increasingly digital, practical experience is essential for delivering predictable, high-quality outcomes for patients.

Because better preparation leads to better results.

Another look inside last night’s Study Club 👀
From live demonstrations to hands-on learning, this session was all about seeing the OmniTaper workflow in action — with participants gathering, observing, and learning together as intraoral scanning and implant crown setup were demonstrated in real time.

These moments of shared learning, discussion, and practical insight are exactly what our Study Clubs are about. We’re loving this more interactive approach — and judging by the engagement in the room, so were our attendees.

Last night’s Study Club was all about getting stuck in.
Live patient demonstrations, real-time intraoral scanning, and seeing implant crown fit in action on Dentsply Sirona OmniTaper implants — led by Suleman and Orestis, with brilliant support from Victoria and Andy from Dentsply Sirona.

This practical, workshop-led format is a new direction for our Study Clubs, Partners & Practice Meetings — and the feedback spoke for itself.

We’ll be sharing more photos and videos very soon, but for now… here’s a glimpse behind the scenes.

To finish the evening on a high, we had one final surprise for the team… our staff raffle ✨

Each team member picked five tickets at random before the prizes were called out, and the room instantly filled with excitement, cheering and plenty of laughs. It created such a great buzz, with everyone fully invested — and as you can see, the winners were absolutely thrilled with their prizes.

Our Story

Our state-of-the-art Implant Centre is unlike any dental practice you will ever have visited. Purpose designed, it combines a superb clinical environment for our medical professionals, with welcoming and reassuring surroundings for our patients. We have transformed the interior of a beautiful Georgian building whilst retaining many of it most attractive features like the grand staircase, the high ceilings and the tall windows which flood the rooms with natural light. The entry and reception areas look more like the lounge of a boutique hotel than a dental surgery, and the bright, cheerful appearance is enhanced by the vibrant paintings of a local artist. Included in the redesign are no less than three surgeries which are all equipped to the very highest standards and include the latest dental technology available. A CT 3D scanning room and a dentist training facility complete the medical facilities.
