We just want to make sure everyone knows we’re open as usual, while the surrounding roadworks are being carried out.

Our New Main Entrance is now via the New Cut Road Roundabout (on the Bearsted Road). Just take the first exit onto Newnham Court Way, then turn immediately left following signage to Newnham Court Shopping Village.

A new additional onsite road provides direct access to Oast Court - home for Sussex Beds, Cotswold, Runnersneed, Pennies, Gymfinity, Charterwood Mobility and Newnham Court Veterinary Hospital

Our main car park is now straight ahead to Bricks Coffee House, Cotton Traders, Notcutts Garden Centre, The Butcher of Brogdale and all your favourite shops and restaurants

Pop in for a coffee, there’s so much to see, and we have plenty of FREE parking.

We’re just off junction 7 on the M20, or junction 5 on the M2
