I am making some small changes to the business cancellation policy. This has been due to the increase in late cancellations so far this year.
Please be mindful when booking/cancelling your appointment, as this could take up a space someone else could want!
This is a reminder that any appointment cancellations, postponements, alterations or rearrangements that mean you cannot attend your appointment at the booked time, count under the cancellation policy. This policy is applied to all appointments.
When rescheduling/cancelling the appointment, you will receive an email saying what % of the appointment fee you owe. The cancellation fee is worked out depending on appointment length, youโll be informed either 50% or 100% - eg. 45 mins = ยฃ40, cancel in under 24 hours is ยฃ20 / cancelling on the day or not attending without prior notice is ยฃ40.
Outstanding cancellation fees should be transferred prior to next appointment (if one is already booked). If you donโt have any future appointments booked, you will not be able to book in again until it is transferred. Previously, some people have opted not to pay and this will result in being banned from returning at any date.
If possible, please can you send confirmation of payment to mark the rebooking process easier.
All new clients are sent a specific consent form that highlights the cancellation policy which needs to be signed, as well as the policy being at the bottom of every email from us. Not paying up is not a viable excuse if you havenโt attended your booked appointment.
