Hi, I’m Hannah, an experienced, qualified and registered Hypnotherapist in Essex. My approach is to use positive suggestion and solution-focused therapy. I work with clients online, making it easier for them to access the support they need, from the comfort and security of their own home. I have a background in Human Resources and working with clients in prison who have drug and alcohol issues to reintegrate them into them community. I have always had a passion for hypnotherapy, after it helped me massively to overcome a lifelong phobia of dogs. This led me to want to help other people, like me, who want to live a better life. My aspiration is to support you with any challenges you may be facing, or help you to reach your goals, get your spark back, and enable you to make positive changes to your life. Because I truly believe that we all deserve to be happy and live our best lives. So, whether you want to break a habit, quit smoking, lose weight, manage your anxiety, gain confidence, increase your self-esteem, overcome a phobia or fear, motivate yourself, or simply indulge in a relaxation session, whatever it is that you’re facing, I’m here to help and support you. Understandably, asking for support can be a little difficult at times, and it can take a lot to pluck up the courage to get in touch. But please be assured that I’m super friendly, understanding, caring, kind and will put you at ease straight away. I’m here to listen to what you are struggling with and want to help you to feel safe and comfortable to open up and begin your journey of change.
