A little gift arrive today that just might change my life, sounds dramatic doesn't it but if you suffer from a Movement Disorder the effects are far reaching.

I want to support those within my community that suffer so I will be blocking out appointments in my diary to do home visits/30mins sessions, purely therapeutic to help support the nervous system that is impacted from these conditions.

As a therapist who entered the profession after overcoming my own setbacks. I have learned that the essential role of recovery. Its not just about how hard you push your body, but supporting it in healing and bouncing back stronger. Recovery methods like adequate rest, proper nutrition, targeted massage therapy, and mindfulness practices are non-negotiable for sustained performance and overall wellness. This is not just for athletes! Remember that taking time to recovery and rest is a sign of respect for your own body.
