Our Story

Unique Yoga is ran by Rebecca Fox who is a fully certified and insured 500hr Yoga teacher and Mindfulness coach. She passed her Forrest Yoga Teacher Training in October 2018 which has influenced her style of teaching, now offering Forrest Yoga courses and workshops. Her passion is teaching and helping others with their growth, she believes firmly that yoga is for everyone and loves to share all the benefits that come from yoga to her students. Her yoga practices are full of creativity and have a strong focus on alignment with her main styles being Vinyasa flow, Power yoga, Forrest, and Yin. She holds regular yoga classes at Phoenix Place for Health in Maldon and teaches monthly workshops at a studio in Witham. The workshops are a real treat to deepen your practice and enhance your well being.
