🤍 3 x polework lessons (raised poles and gymnastic poles included for people that would like this)

🤍 Use of the hacking tracks

HofMag

Me and Chief both had a treatment by SJP Wellness LTD and I absolutely love how much this machine gets into the muscles deeper!

This was my first time having it on me and I could really feel where the machine was pinpointing into areas to help my body.

This was Chief’s third session and he really enjoyed the results, as he has just had another big growth spurt so this has really helped get in to relax the muscles. There were lots of releases going on throughout the treatment!

Saturday I held a polework clinic at Claverings Farm Arena Hire and had so much fun teaching everyone!

The first group was super fun with lots of canter work as a group which really got the horses energised through the transitions!

Some new faces too, which was amazing 🤩

A trip to Langham Hall to practice more canter work with Chief at the weekend!

He was absolutely amazing and we managed three canters on the track!

I am trying to strengthen Chief slowly as he is still growing and changing shape, so we are taking our time, but this is our journey together and I’m absolutely loving it, as he gives me everything I ask when we venture out together! 🤍

We worked on bending, lift, straightness and slow rhythms to get those cores and hind ends working!

Showing Show Fun!

Our first show of the year and we had a brilliant time at our local venue Layer Marney to come home with a 4th & 5th. Chief was impeccably behaved all day and I couldn’t ask for a better horse to take out and about for adventures! 🤍
