Tracy Elsdon Therapy Service Experienced Child/Young Person and Adult BACP accredited Counsellor I am an experienced registered counsellor working with adults, children and young people.

I strive to work in a non-judgemental and confidential way, in order to provide a safe, secure and inviting environment where you can express thoughts and feelings helping to enable change. I work with a person-centred approach but can also draw on other theories which I have learnt from the various trainings I have completed. This enables me to suit individual personalities and provide a unique approach to the presenting issues. When working with younger clients I work creatively with art, toys, puppets and sand tray, this can help them express and understand their feelings easier than solely talking therapy. Some older adolescents enjoy working creatively with the use of metaphor and creative writing. Using these different techniques and approaches enables a bespoke therapy that can be personal to each client.
