I am a mobile therapist travelling in Essex with Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, OPI Manicures & Pedicures, Bio Sculpture Gel nails, eyebrow & eyelash tinting and individual semi-permanent eyelash extensions By applying pressure to these reflex areas it simulates energy to treat the body as a whole. Reflexology doesn't claim to "cure all", but has been known to help with healing of disorders such as migraines, sinus problems, digestive problems, stress, hormonal imbalance, amongst many more. Indian Head Massage involves massaging the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. Although this can be tailored to concentrate more on one area or to avoid an area altogether

The massage works by releasing blocked negative energy, it can help to boost immunity, improve circulation, relieve insomnia and asthma. Bio Sculpture Gel
Bio Sculpture should not chip or damage your nails, it will help to protect and strengthen the natural nail with minimal buffing using no primers or bonders. Bio Sculpture is a soak off gel that cures under a UV lamp; it also offers nail extensions through sculpting. Bio Sculpture will last between 2 – 4 weeks depending on lifestyle.

I’m Jenny and the owner of Zenphoria, which was created in 2012 to offer busy people the chance to relax in their own home. I bring a little bit of the spa with me to create the perfect atmosphere and even better you don’t need to go anywhere after your treatment, I will pack up and leave you to your relaxation.

Where did it all begin, In 2009 I decided to train in Reflexology and soon become hooked on this amazing technique and from there I continued by training in holistic & beauty treatments. I am very passionate about the treatments I offer and always aim to maintain high standards.
