Welcome to the Team

We are very excited that Jade will be joining our Osteopathy team every Saturday from January.

Jade has recently graduated (2025) from the London School of Osteopathy and awarded a masters in osteopathy with merit, and the Rising Star Award by the Institute of Osteopathy. Prior to this, Jade taught yoga and led guided meditation sessions to students as well as working in the financial corporate sector. She also worked independently with school group ski and snowboarding trips after training as a snowboard instructor in Canada. As well as clinical practice, Jade is a teaching assistant at the London School of Osteopathy.
Jade has a keen interest in understanding the individual and their experience of pain so she can offer the most appropriate style of treatment and care for each patient. She believes in a person-centred and collaborative approach to patient care. She is also committed to continued learning and research to provide up-to-date and evidence-based care to her patients.

Welcome to the Team

We are very excited that Sonia will be joining the Phoenix Place For Health Team from January and will be in clinic every Tuesday.

Sonia is a level 5 soft tissue and sports massage therapist, who studied and qualified at the highly regarded NLSSM (North London School of Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy). Her career was inspired after running a marathon and discovering the benefits to regular soft tissue therapy and sports massage. She has since furthered her knowledge, skills and qualifications in oncology massage and dry needling.

The electrical stimulation enhances the effects of standard acupuncture by encouraging better muscle activation, improving circulation, and influencing how the nervous system processes pain. It’s commonly used for conditions like chronic pain, muscle tension, inflammation, and nerve-related issues.

Maria's patient has 3 lumbar disc bulges and has been suffering from chronic neural pain. She successfully used electroacupuncture to help reduce pain symptoms and her patient has reported a significant reduction in pain since her treatment.
