You've been training hard all winter, and your race training and miles are stepping up a gear. Our practitioners have seen many runners over the years and soft tissue therapy, sports massage and osteopathic treatments have become an important part of their training plan. We can support with recovery, identify and treat minor injuries before they become a bigger concern, reassure you, and make sure you get to that finish line. We are also very good cheerleaders!!!

So whether it's a full or half marathon, a 5k or 10k, manual therapy can be a valuable tool in your training plan.

Welcome to the Team

We are very excited that Jade will be joining our Osteopathy team every Saturday from January.

Jade has recently graduated (2025) from the London School of Osteopathy and awarded a masters in osteopathy with merit, and the Rising Star Award by the Institute of Osteopathy. Prior to this, Jade taught yoga and led guided meditation sessions to students as well as working in the financial corporate sector. She also worked independently with school group ski and snowboarding trips after training as a snowboard instructor in Canada. As well as clinical practice, Jade is a teaching assistant at the London School of Osteopathy.
Jade has a keen interest in understanding the individual and their experience of pain so she can offer the most appropriate style of treatment and care for each patient. She believes in a person-centred and collaborative approach to patient care. She is also committed to continued learning and research to provide up-to-date and evidence-based care to her patients.

Her diary is now open for appointments.

It’s commonly used for conditions like chronic pain, muscle tension, inflammation, and nerve-related issues.

Maria's patient has 3 lumbar disc bulges and has been suffering from chronic neural pain. She successfully used electroacupuncture to help reduce pain symptoms and her patient has reported a significant reduction in pain since her treatment.
