I have a space available on my Baby Reflex Course to be held on 15th, 22nd & 29th May at 11am.

Baby Reflex is a series of specially adapted reflexology techniques covered in 3 workshops themed in Feeding and Digestion, Sleeping & Comforting and Wellbeing. It is suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 12months.

The 40-60 minute workshops are very informal and relaxed and held at my home in Maldon. You will learn techniques to help ease and relieve many normal baby discomforts and I will share my wealth of knowledge and experience as a fully qualified reflexologist for over 10 years.
