Meet Robert Denley- from saving lives to saving the planet!🔥♻️

A former engineer and firefighter – Robert Denley, has the ideal skillset for his role in Facilities & Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment recycling.
Robert first joined Hilditch over 20 years ago, completing short-term projects through the years alongside his father, sister, and son. After 28 years in the Fire and Rescue Service, Rob retired and returned to Hilditch for a full-time WEEE position in 2018. He is known for his upbeat attitude and friendly character that both customers and colleagues appreciate.
Rob’s firsthand experience with the risks of improper disposal and use of damaged electrical items has made him an enthusiastic advocate for secure and sustainable recycling practices.
Thanks to his technical knowledge and safety-first mindset, Rob ensures our medical equipment recycling is not just efficient but also responsible- simply done right!

Marta studied psychology and is an experienced HR therapist; from the very beginning she set her career path on making a real change. Improving healthcare access in Africa with Amalthea Trust

We have a long-standing partnership with Amalthea Trust – a charity Co-Founded by Mike and Nicky Hilditch in 2009. Amalthea Trust is dedicated to strengthening access to healthcare in under resourced countries in sub-Saharan Africa.

Hilditch's own, Jaime Howes and Danny O'Brien are tackling a 100km ultra-marathon in the name of charity on the 12th of July. They hit the track at Rutland farm, Lewknor, Oxon and will run along the Ridgeway. This fundraising campaign is one near and dear for us, as the charity in question is the Amalthea Trust, co-founded by Mike Hilditch. The charity's goal is to support the training of engineers in Africa to better self-sustain themselves in low resource countries.
