Guilt and shame are loud. But they're not always telling the truth.
When anxiety and depression are already weighing on you, guilt and shame have a way of piling on, making it feel almost impossible to find any stillness or self-compassion.
As a therapist, I see this pattern all the time. And one of the most powerful things? Realising you're not alone in it.
I'd love to create a little space here for honest conversation, because sometimes the simplest tip from someone who gets it is worth more than any textbook answer.
