Our body is capable of doing some pretty darn hard things... I love that saying. But to elaborate even further, our body is not where strength originates, strength comes from a resilient mind.
Resilience can't be easily thought, for most of us resilience started out from our exposure to physical challenges from a young age. When we are young our brain develop at the same rate as our body. Complex movements like learning to running, jumping, climbing etc. builds strong connecting neurones within our brain and triggering it's pleasure centers every-time we accomplish something challenging. This opportunity to learn resilience becomes lesser when we spend less time in the playground and more time in the classroom. Mental challenges isn't the same when we don't pair them with the physical.
