🌷Offerings this February🌷

There’s no denying that January has been a pretty dreary one 🌧️☂️, but I feel February invites that bit of fresh air again.

Starting on Imbolc, this is a time to begin to notice those first signs of Spring and new life after Winter. It may sound crazy- but I’ve already started to see some snowdrops peeking through, so the Earth IS stirring again! It’s almost that little moment out of hibernation, even though it still will be pretty dark and chilly.

No matter what coming out of hibernation may look like for you- perhaps drawing in a little bit of nourishing movement, gather in community or just take time away for yourself, I’d love for what I’m holding this month to be a part of that.

Some highlights:
⭐ Sound baths at are back (10th)

⭐ Flow & Sound (13th) and a Women’s drum circle (27th) in

⭐️ First drum circle in Malmesbury (5th) AND Swindon Wellbeing festival (8th)

⭐ Sounding the elements (3rd) - this will be the last one for a little while so be sure to come along if you’ve been thinking of joining! With ❤️

‼️If you intend to come along to the Avebury drum birthing on the 7th March, bookings are needed by the 1st Feb (If you are seeing this after this date, drop me a message and we can see if we can fit you in)!

🌀Drum birthing in Avebury on the 7th March - bookings open until this Sunday (1st Feb)! 🌀- 4 spaces left!

⭐️Saturday 7th March - the Henge Shop, The Henge Shop in Avebury
⭐️10am - 4:30pm
🎟️Avebury Drum Birthing with Toni & Bethan

A magical opportunity to create your own frame drum to bring to circle, support your wellbeing and for your own healing/shamanic practice.

We will be guided, held and witnessed through each stage, creating our own drum and be**er. The day will also include guided journeying and meditation to connect with our hoops, hides and drums, and of course, and opportunity to drum together.

If you can't make the 7th March, we will be doing another in a lovely Woodland spot in Stroud in April:

✨Snow Moon Sound Bath on the 1st Feb- Only 2 spaces left!✨

So excited to share that I will be holding sound baths for the amazing rebalance Bath festival of Wellbeing.

Time to rest, reset the nervous system and take time for yourself- whether you come alone or with a friend.

We will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls, the voice and other sound healing instruments.

⏰ 3pm & 4:30pm, Sunday 1st February

✨Upcoming Drum circles in Swindon, Stroud & Malmesbury, in celebration of Imbolc!✨

It’s not just to drum.

🌕Snow Moon & Imbolc Women’s Drum Circle🌕

We were all born with our own internal drum – our heartbeat. We hear the heartbeat of our mother in her womb.
Making contact with a drum awakens our sacred, awakens our soul.

The beat of the drum represents the heartbeat of Mother Earth herself, so by playing the drum, this brings healing and a deeper understanding of your connection with all life.

I have been lucky enough to create some of my drums and they honestly hold such a powerful energy and I have a real deep connection to them. ❤️

So I’m really excited to share that myself and a dear friend Toni will be joining forces to offer two drum birthings, if you feel called to join read below to find out more!

⭐️Drum birthings in Avebury & Stroud⭐️
