With over 19 years of experience in private practice, Lottie has developed extensive expertise in treating a wide range of conditions, including arthritis, back pain, sports injuries, and complex musculoskeletal issues. Alongside her physiotherapy degree, she holds additional qualifications in Personal Training, Sports Massage Therapy, and Nutrition, enabling her to deliver a truly holistic approach to movement, recovery, and long-term performance.

Her career has seen her support patients through complex spinal rehabilitation, help individuals manage chronic conditions such as arthritis and back pain, and individuals following hip and knee surgery. She can help you to restore function, build resilience, and enhance performance.
