Another Happy Customer in Swindon! 🎉

Today we installed a reconditioned Oto Air Modular-Air Curved Stairlift — a fantastic choice for reliability and comfort.

This model features a powered footrest for easy use and a manual swivel seat for safe transfers at the top and bottom of the stairs.

Thanks to the modular rail system, we’re able to keep a wide range of rail sections in stock — meaning faster installation times for our customers without compromising on quality.

Another smooth install and another happy customer enjoying their independence at home! 😊

Another Happy Customer! 🎉

Today we installed an Oto Smart Air Curved Stairlift — a fantastic choice for comfort and convenience.

This model includes a powered footrest as standard, meaning no bending down to lift it manually. It also features an intermediate parking point to neatly position the lift away from the doorway at the bottom.

We’ve also run the rail onto the landing, allowing for a safer and easier transfer at the top, with no need for a swivel seat.

The Oto Smart Air boasts the smallest rail on the market, making it sleek and unobtrusive. With a wide range of upholstery options, it blends beautifully into any home.

💙 Helping Our Customers Stay Independent 💙

This week we installed a rental Access BDD Homeglide Extra straight stairlift for one of our lovely customers who had started finding the stairs a daily struggle.

They didn’t want the worry of a big upfront cost, so our rental option was the perfect choice. Now with:
✨ Powered swivel seat – they can get on and off safely at the top of the stairs.
✨ Powered footrest – no more bending or lifting to fold it away.
✨ Smooth, comfortable ride – giving them confidence and freedom in their own home.

It’s amazing to see the difference – in just one visit their home is accessible again and they’re able to use the whole house without worry.

🌊☀️ Oh, we do like to be beside the seaside!

Yes, that’s right — we do travel out of area when needed. 🚐

Today we attended a call-out in Portsmouth for an Acorn 180 Stairlift that kept stopping and starting with an F9 fault code. After some investigating, we found the issue was a faulty optical switch. 🔧

A quick replacement and the stairlift was back up and running smoothly — leaving behind another happy customer. 😀
