💉The forehead is one of the most expressive areas of the face. Over time, repeated facial movement can lead to horizontal forehead lines, even when the face is at rest.

🧠 Which muscle is involved?
Forehead lines are caused by the frontalis muscle, which:
• Elevates the eyebrows
• Creates horizontal lines when we look surprised, attentive, or expressive

Unlike other facial muscles, the frontalis is a lifting muscle, so treatment must be carefully planned to avoid heaviness of the brows.

💉 How does treatment work?
